All deposits placed are non-refundable and non-transferable as they hold your booked date and time in which we turn away other potential clients. In the event of bad weather where all sessions on the originally scheduled date are rescheduled we will provide one reschedule date. If you are unable to attend the offered reschedule date you can use your deposit amount towards a future one hour session only. If another mini date is wanted, a new deposit will need to be placed. If you are a mini pass holder and cancel a date that has been held for you, a $50 reschedule fee will need to be made to hold a new date as we also turn away potential clients on any held dates and times.
